It was another huge hour Sorta Kinda Radio this week, packed full of deep groovin' goodness and driving basslines bringing the party to your Sunday sesh.
Everything old is new again, and it's been a vibe hearing artists bring back old school flavour to tracks. Snake Hips and Tchami nail it with their track 'Tonight'. I'm digging the wonky bassline, dash of electro, and the b-flat minor melody that really gives it a dirty edge - ready for the night!
In The Club from NightFunk and Ranger Trucco comes with a warning, 'Never catch feelings for a girl in a club / you gotta think about it, she knows the DJ's real name'. If there's anything you should catch feelings for it's the music, and this track is a jam with some really cool percussive elements that you'll feel in all the right places.
Heizer's 'Want It' has irresistible broody vocals that I just can't get enough of and I rounded out the show with some proper House from Rubber People and Scotty Ransome, the latter of which I will be playing alongside supporting Mark Dynamix this Saturday.
